CadencePress

Paste a memo. It gets set into sentence strips you can retype, split, join and reorder — and the rhythm print above shows the shape your reader actually feels.

Blank lines and line breaks are kept as paragraph breaks. Sentences are found by their punctuation — you can always split or join afterwards.

Load the sample memo to see how it works, or paste your own text above and press Set in strips.

Cadence Press is one page of HTML. Your text is segmented, measured and drawn entirely by the script in this file; the draft is kept in this browser's local storage so a refresh doesn't lose your work, and Forget saved draft erases it. There is no server to send it to.

On the keyboard: Enter edits the selected strip, Esc steps back out, Alt+↑/↓ moves it, Ctrl/⌘+Z undoes.
